Are VAT and transport included in the prices?
All prices shown in our store include VAT. For greater transparency, transport is added separately at the end, as it depends on the total weight of the order and the delivery address.

How much does transport cost?
The cost of transport depends on the total weight of the order and the delivery address. Our transport prices are shown in the shopping basket.
A good way of reducing transport costs is to make a large order, even sharing among several friends.

How long is delivery?
- Saborea Campo de Criptana undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the User, at the purchaser’s address indicated in the order form (products are not delivered to post office boxes or internet cafes), in the shortest time possible, and in any event, always within thirty (30) calendar days after sending the order form.
- ustoms surcharges to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not included in the prices. Please consult terms for International shipments. In order to guarantee that your order reaches you in perfect condition, and as there is no transport service available at the weekend, all orders received on Fridays will be sent on the following Monday

How are the products sent?
To guarantee a satisfactory process from start to finish, we only work with reputable transport companies. All shipments are suitably protected in cardboard boxes to ensure that the products reach you in perfect condition.
Saborea Campo de Criptana only uses cardboard boxes and recyclable packaging and biodegradable packing tape. Please remember to separate the packing tape from the cardboard box on disposal at the recycled paper / cardboard container.

What is the availability of products?
In principle, all products of our store are available, unless it is indicated that they are “not available” in the card of the product. Please bear in mind that owing to the nature of the products, in various cases artisanal, many of them have a limited production. If a product is out of stock when you make your order and this information had not been updated in the store, we shall contact you immediately to offer a similar product or refund the corresponding amount.

Is there a limit on the number of bottles of alcoholic beverages I can buy?
There is no limit on shipments to Spain.

What happens when I am not in when my package is delivered?
If the transport company tries to deliver a package and there is nobody available to receive it, you will be left a note informing you of this. Please contact the transport agency as soon as possible (especially if your order contains fresh products) on the telephone number you will see on the note, in order to arrange a new delivery time. What happens if a product arrives in bad condition?
If one or more products arrive in bad condition owing to transport, we shall send you another product or we shall refund the corresponding amount in the credit card account you used. Saborea Campo de Criptana will settle all extra transport costs that may be incurred, as long as the product has not been used, modified or handled.
To do this, contact us by email to contacto@saboreacampodecriptana.com within a maximum time of one working day, clearly indicating the problem or the reason to return the product. Please bear in mind that in order to arrange any change or return, you must first contact us. We shall not accept any change or return unless we have received notification.
NOTE: It is important that you check the condition of your purchase when you receive it, and if you observe any damage supposedly caused by transport, please indicate this in the delivery note when signing.

What happens if the contents of the package are incorrect?
If one or more products received do not match your order, we shall send you the correct products or refund you the corresponding amount in your credit card account. Can I cancel an order?
Orders are sent out from Monday to Thursday at 6 pm. Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
If for any reason other than those mentioned above, you are not satisfied, you can return a product. In this case, once you receive the order in its original packaging and in perfect condition, we shall refund the corresponding amount to your credit card. However, please bear in mind that transport costs of the first shipment and then its collection, will be payable by you.
To do this, contact us by email within a maximum time of 3 working days from receiving the order, clearly indicating the problem or the reason to return the product. Please remember, that in order to arrange any change or return, you must contact us previously. We shall not accept any change or return unless we have received notification.

What happens if I am not satisfied for any other reason?
If for any reason other than those mentioned above, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us by email within a maximum time of 3 working days from receiving the order, clearly indicating the problem or the reason to return the goods. We shall contact you as soon as possible to seek a satisfactory solution and indicate the steps to take.
NOTE: The period indicated in each of the above cases will start on the day you have knowledge of your right to return the purchased products, with charges.
